Canupa Chapter Cleans Up!!
November 10, 2008
On September 27, Canupa Chapter from Cherokee District, Boy Scouts of America, participated in the 10th Annual Cedar Creek Cleanup. There were a total of 15 youth and 10 adults helping with the cleanup.

After picking up lots of junk and trash along the roadside, the group enjoyed a great lunch and musical entertainment at Finley Park.
The Scouts had a lot of fun while spending a morning in cheerful service. This is the chapter’s second year to participate in this project.
The Order of the Arrow is the honor camper program for Boy Scouts of America. The Arrowmen are elected by their troops for membership into the Order of the Arrow. Cherokee District serves Kaufman, Van Zandt, and Henderson counties.
