The success of the 2008 Lady Jackrabbit volleyball team continues to grow. After finishing the regular season with a third place finish in District 15-4A and a trip to the playoffs, several players were recently recognized for their success in the classroom as well as on the court. Read more

The 2008 FHS football team exceeded all expectations in 2008, completing the regular season with a 9-1 record, and earning a playoff birth for the first time since joining the 4A class. This season, the team was the pride of Forney. All over town people discussed and talked about the previous game, the next game, and everything in between, and at homecoming the team was applauded and cheered by the community as their float came down Bois D’Arc and Main Street.
